Our Creatives: Khaula Mazhar

Self-taught, internationally exhibited artist Khaula Mazhar’s intrigue in emotions evoked by situations and surroundings seeps its way into her multifaceted subject matter. An avid admirer of Rumi, much of her work is inspired by his writing. Two of her major exhibitions have focused on women’s empowerment and issues and her figurative work often portrays women’s resilience and their amazing ability to evolve.
